ICT was established in Colombo - Sri Lanka in 1998 as a cement import and handling company catering for the local Sri Lanka Market. ICT owns a bulk storage facility located close to the port equipped with truck loading and bagging facilities. Cement is imported in bulk form then shuttled to the facility using
