CTI Group adds a 35,000 DWT Bulk Carrier

Georgetown Grand Caymans February 1st. CTI Group today announced that it has taken delivery of the M/V Golden Arrow II which is a 34,488 deadweight bulk carrier.

This is the first bulk carrier to join the CTI fleet which is comprised of 12 owned Cement floating terminals and cement carriers ranging in size from 2400 - 58000 DWT.

The addition of a bulk carrier signals a decision taken by the company to diversify into other shipping business and complement the cement shipping which has been the backbone of CTI for many years.

The vessel will be managed by CTI's in house management company Sekur Holdings Inc. out of Piraeus.

Established in 1990, CTI Group is specialized in the trading of cement and clinker and owns and operates a fleet of cement terminals and cement carriers operating worldwide. The company maintains offices in the Grand Caymans, Jordan, Greece, UAE, USA, Malaysia, Egypt and the Philippines.
